How to speed up support

Include the following in your message when possible:

  • Short description of the issue and what happened
  • Device model, OS version, and app version
  • Email/UID used in the app (do not send passwords)
  • Screenshots or screen recording (if available)

Common topics

  • Password reset: use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen.
  • Email verification: check inbox/spam and request a new code if needed.
  • Account deletion: see the Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions. You can also request deletion from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account).
  • Report a user: in the app, open the chat with that person, tap the menu (⋯) on their profile card, then choose Report — or use the options menu from the chat list. Select a category (harassment, scam, inappropriate content, fake profile, underage, other) and add details. Reports are reviewed for safety and moderation.
  • Privacy requests (GDPR): email us with subject GDPR Request.
  • Purchase issues: include transaction/order details so we can investigate entitlement issues.

Refunds and billing

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the relevant store policy, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Safety and abuse reports

If you believe a user is abusive, fraudulent, or illegal, stop communicating and use the in-app safety controls: tap the menu (⋯) on their profile card in the chat (or the options menu from the chat list) to block or report them. You can also contact support with details for review.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.
