Rules for using Blinder

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blinder (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Blinder enforces this age requirement in the app. If local law requires a higher minimum age, you must comply with that law.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You may not share your account with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm other users
  • Post illegal, infringing, violent, or otherwise prohibited content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity, age, or intent
  • Use the Service for spam, scams, phishing, or unauthorized advertising
  • Use bots, scripts, scraping, reverse engineering, or other unauthorized automation
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass security, purchase validation, or platform restrictions

4. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (for example profile text, photos, and messages).
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and transmit your content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with law and these Terms.

5. Blocking, Safety, and Moderation

Blinder includes user safety features: you can block users and report others for harassment, scam/fraud, sexual content, fake profiles, underage users, or other violations. In the app, block and report are easy to find: use the menu (⋯) on the other person’s profile card in the chat screen, or the options menu from the chat list. Your block list is stored on our servers and syncs across your devices so that blocked users cannot contact you from other devices. Reports are reviewed for user safety and platform integrity. We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate accounts when necessary. Abuse of the report feature (e.g. false or malicious reports) may result in action against your account.

6. Purchases, Virtual Items, and Refunds

  • The Service may offer consumable virtual items and paid features (for example, keys and AI feature usage). We do not offer in-app subscriptions; any subscription or billing is managed through your Apple or Google account in the store settings.
  • Virtual items are licensed, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
  • Purchase processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled under the store policies (and via the store’s refund/cancel flows), except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
  • We may validate receipts/tokens server-side to prevent fraud, duplication, and unauthorized entitlement claims.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. AI features are provided for convenience only and are not professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, messages, and offline interactions.

8. Safety and Offline Meetings

We do not perform universal background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, intent, or conduct of other users. Use caution in all interactions, especially offline meetings.

9. Service Availability and Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, eligibility, and technical requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and branding (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to NEW MILLENIUM 33 EOOD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict functionality where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, abuse risk, legal risk, or security risk.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including damages arising from user interactions. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
